INTERIM REPORT

     

    So far this active learning year has been good. I have some strengths and weakness in class some of my strengths are I always bring my gym strip to class ,  I always try to work hard to the best of my ability , I always participate. Some of my weaknesses are that I don't help clean up or set up equipment , I don't bring that much positive energy so if it's a hard fitness I won't try that much. I need to improve things like helping more with setting up and cleaning up equipment ,  need to bring more positive attitude to the class and also try more on fitness days. My goals for gym class are to try harder and help more with equipment for doing these things I need to start helping once we get started and I need a positive attitude. My level of fitness is low because I need to be more active outside of school. For my effort and participation i'm ok because if the activity is difficult I will not try that much. My attitude is positive most of the time and try my best to encourage other people to there best. My energy is at a ok level but I feel I nee to more positive energy. I am always prepared more class I always have my gym strip every class. One barrier that might prevent me is that junk food.
