REPORT CARD POST :)

The Big Picture - Active learning has been pretty fun this year. In four words I can describe myself as encouraging , puntual , hard working , and also honest.

ENCOURAGING 

I consider myself encouraging because I try to encourage people to do there 
best.

PUNTUAL

I consider myself as being puntual because I am always early every gym class.

HARD WORKING 

I consider myself as hard working because most gym classes I try to work hard.

HONEST 

I consider myself honest because I am honest on if I work hard and I also am honest about all my fitness sccores.

Participation
For participation this year I have been good in some parts and bad in some parts.

Attendance and punctuality

For attendance and punctuality I am really good because I am always in gym class unless I 
am sick or maybe something else happened . I am always like the first people present in gym class. 

Wearing gym strip & actually changing clothes at the end of class

Every class unless we are doing blog's I always have my gym strip on . Last year I never
used to change that much but now this year I change every time I have gym class I change before and after because if you don't you start to smell and you feel sweaty all day. 

Intensity of participation

My intensity of participation is in the middle because it's an activity that I don't really enjoy
than I will not really try as hard and if it's something like badminton, dodgeball and  then I try really hard . 

Motivation behind your selection of activities on choice days

My motivation behind my selection of activities on choice days is the activity I will enjoy and have fun doing. 




Social Responsibility and Contributions to the class

    
Leadership (organizing others, encouraging peers)
My leadership towards the class is in the middle like if somebody asks 
me what they should do I always say it's your choice or suggest something. 


Examples of initiative (helping with equipment, helping with other classes without being asked to) Honestly I don't really help with equipment I am usually one of the people 
standing around waiting for the activity to be set up by other people. I really need to improve in this aspect so next time I have gym class I will help with equipment. 


Positive energy and social energy during activities
In this aspect if it's an activity I enjoy and like doing than I will have positive 
energy and my social energy is ok. 

Honesty during competition and on fitness scores
My honesty during competition and fitness scores is really good because 
if I did really bad during a beep test I will write that score down because there
is no point in lying about your own fitness score.


Healthy Living

Your actual fitness scores and what they teach you
My actual fitness scores and what they are teaching me is that I need                                        
to get way more fit and exercise more often.

Barriers/limitations you face in participating
1 barrier that I could face in participating is others negative attitude like for example if 
somebody had negative attitude I would probably also start having negative attitude.

Dietary choices, extra curricular activity choices and their impact on overall health
Dietary choices have a huge impact on overall health because you don't eat well in the long run your body will form bad illnesses and diseases and also extra curricular activites have a huge impact on overall health because otherwise you will turn obese and the more excersise the better. It is always better to keep your body moving than just to sit down all the time.

Future plans/goals for overall health choices
My future plans and goals for my overall health choices are that I have started and now will eat
healthy foods like salads,sandwiches and many more healthy foods and I will also start 
walking more like after I eat.



Digital Portfolio and Reflective Skills

The total collection of digital evidence and number of posts 
I only have a few pictures of me working out but I am going to start taking more 
pictures and post more blog posts.

The usefulness of comments on peers blog entries as part of a socially constructed learning and assessment There is a lot of use of peer commenting on blog posts because it shows me what I should better next time in blog post and different things I should add in them next time I post something. 

Your ability to provide evidence of your learning
I can take pictures but I choose not to but now I am going to start taking pictures and 
evidence of my learning.

INTERIM REPORT

     

    So far this active learning year has been good. I have some strengths and weakness in class some of my strengths are I always bring my gym strip to class ,  I always try to work hard to the best of my ability , I always participate. Some of my weaknesses are that I don't help clean up or set up equipment , I don't bring that much positive energy so if it's a hard fitness I won't try that much. I need to improve things like helping more with setting up and cleaning up equipment ,  need to bring more positive attitude to the class and also try more on fitness days. My goals for gym class are to try harder and help more with equipment for doing these things I need to start helping once we get started and I need a positive attitude. My level of fitness is low because I need to be more active outside of school. For my effort and participation i'm ok because if the activity is difficult I will not try that much. My attitude is positive most of the time and try my best to encourage other people to there best. My energy is at a ok level but I feel I nee to more positive energy. I am always prepared more class I always have my gym strip every class. One barrier that might prevent me is that junk food.
